General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

for photography services

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the photographer and the client regarding photo shoots, image processing, and digital and printed images. Any deviating terms and conditions of the client are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Scope of services

The photographer offers professional photo shoots, including image editing, digital image delivery, and prints. The exact services are agreed upon individually.

3. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer makes a binding request for an appointment by telephone, in person, by email or via other means of communication and the photographer confirms this.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance or by invoice. Full payment is due before or on the day of the shoot at the latest.

5. Delivery of photos

The digital photos are made available to the client via online portals such as WeTransfer, Filemail, or as a download link in the customer area of the website. USB sticks or printed images can also be delivered upon request. Delivery is typically up to 14 days after the shoot.

6. Rights of use

The rights of use of the photos are regulated individually in separate agreements and are not part of these General Terms and Conditions.

7. Liability

The photographer is only liable for intent and gross negligence. The photographer assumes no liability for technical failures or loss of images.

8. Data protection

Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
